RETURN POLICY 

Each piece of our jewelry is meticulously handmade and crafted to order. As part of our business policy, we regret to inform you that we do not accept returns. We encourage you to reach out to us with any inquiries or concerns you may have before placing your order. 

 

MODIFICATIONS POLICY 

While M. Braga will do its best to securely package your items, please be advised that M. Braga cannot be held responsible for any items that may be damaged or lost during the transit process. 

 

PRODUCTION TIME 

Kindly anticipate a production timeline of 2-6 weeks (excluding holidays) for your order. Each piece of jewelry is meticulously handmade and handcrafted with a focus on delivering a unique and personalized item tailored specifically for you. This time frame allows our skilled artisans the necessary time and attention to ensure the exceptional quality and detail that characterize M. Braga creations. 

 

SHIPPING POLICY 

For shipping, we exclusively utilize FedEx or UPS to ensure the secure and timely delivery of your order. You will promptly receive an automated email containing your FedEx or UPS tracking number. This allows you to monitor the progress of your shipment.  

To safeguard your order, we insure all shipments. When your package arrives, please be prepared to sign for it as confirmation of receipt. This precautionary step is taken to safeguard your investment and maintain the integrity of the delivery process. 

Please note that we cannot assume responsibility for items that are damaged or lost during transit.  

 

ORDER CANCELLATION 

Please be aware that once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. We understand the importance of your purchase and encourage you to review your order carefully before finalizing it. Our commitment to providing personalized and meticulously crafted jewelry means that production begins promptly to ensure your piece is tailored to your specifications. As a result, we are unable to accommodate cancellations once the order is confirmed.
